I wanted to thankyou so VERY much for all your help this past SUNDAY.  And boy was it helpful!  I was able to fix my heater just by speaking to you over the phone.  That's a first for me.  Not only did I greatly appreciate your help but also your time on a Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon, and Sunday evening.  I will certainly keep your name and number on hand for any future  AC/Heater repair I or anyone else may need.  In fact,  I hope to be able to catch you in Austin this spring to do an AC check.  Thanks again for your help and time!
